We're Graduate Housing—located between Observatory Avenue and Washington Avenue off of Jefferson Park Avenue and around the corner from UVA. With over twenty years of experience managing properties in Charlottesville, Graduate Housing prides itself in creating a clean, safe, and serene environment for both graduate students and undergrads at the University of Virginia. Our properties range from one to four bedrooms and include one parking space per bedroom and on-site laundry access. We are currently fully leased through May 31, 2023. Leasing for the 2023-2024 school year is closed.
